Join us virtually for the 2025 Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Voting Contest! We are looking for a few cute photos of your pet in their Halloween Costume and our community will be able to vote on who they think is the best dressed!

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm October 30th, 2024. Voting will end on October 31st and the winner will be announced on November 1st.
Winners will be notified via email and will be announced on our Social Media Pages! Winners will need to pick up their prize at the Humane Society of Douglas County, Inc. (HSDC) 138 Moccasin Mike Road, Superior, WI 54880.
Only one entry and one costume per pet please. Your pet should be dressed in an appropriate Halloween costume. Obscene, lewd or cruel entries where animals appear uncomfortable or in distress will not be considered. Props may be included in your photo but are not necessary.
