Make a Donation to Celebrate a Loved One
One of the most amazing ways to honor a friend, coworker, or loved one is to donate to their favorite cause in their name. Something we offer here at the Humane Society of Douglas County, Inc. is the opportunity to do just that.
By making a donation as a Tribute “In Honor of” or as a Memorial “In Memory of” to celebrate a loved one you are not only providing the homeless animals of Douglas County with a life-saving donation but you are also letting that person know you understand how much they love animals. Your friend, coworker, or loved one’s name will be listed on this webpage for 1 year! This is a great way to celebrate someone’s Birthday, Graduation, Wedding, and any other special events that may occur in that person’s life, as well as a beautiful way to remember a loved one who has passed on from this life to the next.
To make one of these special donations please click the “Donate” button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Or you can send a check by mail to: HSDC, PO Box 891, Superior, WI 54880 with a note with the details of your donation.
*When making this type of donation depending on the amount you may be contacted to have your loved one’s name added to our Paws Honor Wall, located inside the shelter. Please contact the shelter for more information.*
